Private Healthcare/Insurance
If you have access to private healthcare through a personal or workplace scheme, then you may be covered for a number of treatments as part of your package allowance. It is not uncommon to be entitled to a number of complimentary health/therapy sessions, in addition to your other services. In most cases, this could allow you to claim up to 100% of your treatment costs, and even cover you for multiple treatments.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please kindly give at least 48 hours notice in advance of your appointment time. Late cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee (full cost of treatment)
Pregnant clients: There is no cancellation fee for onset of labour but if you are able to, I kindly ask that you or your partner drop me a text or email to let me know that you will be unable to attend.
